Anthros x ESL Pre-Sale VIP Sweepstakes - Official Terms and Conditions 

1. Sponsor - The Anthros x ESL Pre-Sale VIP Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Anthros, Inc. (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored or administered by ESL. 

2. Eligibility - The Sweepstakes is open to participants globally who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, ESL, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. 

3. Entry Period - The Sweepstakes begins on November 20th at 12:00 AM EST. and ends on December 15th at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period. 

4. How to Enter - To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible participants must purchase an Anthros chair through the pre-sale event. Entries are allocated based on the timing of the purchase: 

First 100 pre-sale purchases: 4 entries each 
Second 100 pre-sale purchases: 3 entries each 
Third 100 pre-sale purchases: 2 entries each 

All additional pre-sale purchases after the first 300: 1 entry each 

No purchase necessary for entry. To enter without making a purchase, please send a handwritten note with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to 416 Bluemound Rd. Waukesha, WI 53188. Non-purchase entries will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 15th and received by December 20th to be eligible. 

5. Prize - One (1) Grand Prize: A VIP trip to an EFG event (valued at approximately $3,600), including: 

Two (2) exclusive VIP passes to an EFG event of the winner’s choice (valued at $1000) 

VIP experience on-site, including a backstage tour and other exclusive opportunities 

Exclusive Shopping Experience at the event store (valued at $500) 

Round-trip economy airfare or flight vouchers for two (2) people (valued at $1000) 

Hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (valued at $1000) 

Additional Anthros goodies and swag (valued at $100) 

The exact EFG event date and location will be determined by the Sponsor in consultation with the winner based on availability. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification - The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about January 8th, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) business days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the required time period, an alternate winner may be selected. 

7. Prize Conditions - The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize, including income taxes for non-U.S. residents. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize if required by U.S. tax law. 

8. Publicity Release - Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its affiliates to use the winner’s name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration. 

9. Limitation of Liability - By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, ESL, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. 

10. Disputes - Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [Jurisdiction]. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. 

11. Sponsor’s Right to Modify or Terminate - The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
